Blackout Boogie Rockin’ Record Hop is based in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire which gives us an ideal base to serve London and the South East area include east Anglia. From our location we cover the immediate towns and villages of Bishop’s Stortford, Sawbridgeworth, Harlow, Stansted, Newport, Saffron Walden, Great Dunmow, Braintree, Standon, Ware, Hertford and all the hard to reach places in between. |
In fact our Mobile Movie service specializes in those hard to reach villages where the local community do not get the chance to visit the cinema as often as they would like. Our Blackout Boogie Rockin’ Record Hop is a truly unique service with no other offering such a specialist range of music. We don’t just have an advantage over the competition, we simply don’t have any competition. Sure there are plenty of mobile DJs and Mobile Discos offering a service that will include a range of music from the 1950s but these usually amount to a couple of compilation CDs with a cheesy jukebox selection of tracks. We are completely different and because we specialize we have an incredible collection of music that no one else can offer. Tracks that we have mastered and recorded digitally from 78s and vinyl that are collectable items and not available on general release.
Our collection of music covers more than ten thousand records with full track listings and details for every track. Every single track can be searched by Artist, Title, Album and even keyword to ensure we find the right track fast.
Yes, as you may expect, we are crazy for the 1940s and 1950s and it is this passion that has brought together such an amazing collection of music. It doesn’t end there.
